Earlier this month, the team headed into London to host a client event at the beautiful Hotel Megaro, part of the St Pancras Hotels Group. Once met by their fantastic Sales Manager, Simon Kane, we knew we would be in for enjoyable evening…
They’re a family of two hotels with rooms and apartments along with the Karpo Grill restaurant and their hidden Megaro Bar. Whatever combination of facilities your event requires, they have the tools to make it a success.
The hotels have some amazing spaces, and before dinner we were treated to some welcome drinks and a fully guided tour. With their quirky interiors, they certainly provide the perfect backdrop that will make your event one to remember.
Their quirkiness leads on to uniqueness as their Victory Room sails on top when it comes to inspiring ideas and cementing deals. The wooden table (left) is crafted from Nelson’s HMS Victory Ship – now that’s a talking point.
There are so many spaces to choose from, and they can cater for up to 160 delegates. Their Boardroom champions big ideas. The Office packs in the most kit and is their lightest and brightest room. The TV room is their most chilled out and stylish space. They even have a Games Room an industrious 12 person boardroom by day and escapist arcade by night (see below).
And if we thought the meeting space was amazing, the food definitely didn’t disappoint…
Starter: Burrata, rocket pesto, walnut ketchup
Main course: Poached Cornish brill, Fowey mussels and blood orange butter sauce
Dessert: Buttermilk panna cotta, rhubarb and pistachio
