Voco St David’s is a part of the global brand, IHG, with Voco being their international lifestyle brand. In summary, this brand prides itself on being reliable, where organisers can be assured of the dependable service they can receive, and yet they also describe themselves as being different enough to be fun – Voco St David’s definitely meets this mark!

It is a luxury, 5-star hotel that sits right along the river, with fantastic views out onto Cardiff Bay. The hotel has eight contemporary event spaces , allowing between 10-400 delegates between these spaces. They are all beautifully finished and completely versatile – also boasting their own gorgeous views over the Bay, a welcome change of scenery from the high risers of London! They can also offer an outdoor terrace, The Waves Terrace, for those special drinks receptions and break outs, allowing guests a literal breath of fresh air!

The Celtic Manor Resort, Newport

The Celtic Manor Resort is one that couldn’t possibly be missed off of this list, and the scale of the resort does indeed make it unmissable full stop! Based in Newport and just off of the M4, this resort sits amongst stunning scenery and is a striking sight to see from miles away. Part of the immense Accor brand, Mercure Holland House is situated in the heart of Cardiff. This four-star hotel boasts one of the largest conference facilities in Cardiff. It is capable of seating up to 700 guests and has a total of 16 meeting rooms.

If you’re not all business, the hotel can offer great transport links around the city and amazing onsite leisure facilities. This is including an 18m swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi.

Heading much further up North to a little town called Llandudno. This beautiful 17th centre country house hotel is set over 200 acres of parkland.
