Oakley court makes for the perfect place for gatherings and social occasions. There are spaces available for groups of 8 up to 140 (all state-of-the-art facilities), aswell as plenty of onsite parking and bedrooms. The building dates back to 1859. It has hosted royalty such as the Prince Imperial of France and President De Gaulle. It has also been visited by Queen Elizabeth II, who visited by boat from Windsor castle.
The venue worked with world renowned Japanese chef, Shimizu Akira, to open the Omakase restaurant. They also have the river house which sits along the River Thames that is their outdoor restaurant and can be hired exclusively for events. They grow all their fruit & vegetable on site, in the kitchen garden, to be used in their restaurants. The hotel has EV charging points installed, as well as their own tennis courts and health spa.
Personally I love this hotel as it just feels so relaxed for how grand the house is. The location along the River Thames is just stunning with the venue being flexible on how you use all of the spaces to really ensure it is right for you.
