The delegate journey starts with us. We’ll create a delegate registration website personalised to your event, incorporating your event brand identity. This identity will be consistent in all event collateral we produce.
Our event managers build all of our websites in house. Your website will be bespoke to your event, adhering to your brand guidelines and specific event requirements. Our technology allows delegates to book all their travel requirements. We even coordinate flights, trains and any necessary transfers to ensure their safe arrival.

App Technology

We can build you custom made apps bespoke for your event. Information on the App can include (but not limited to): - Registration | Hotel details | Hotel map | Conference details | Agenda | Guest speaker information | Instant notifications | Networking | Message wall.

Understanding what delegates take away from the event should always be one of the main event objectives. Pre and post-event surveys allow you to measure what your delegates have taken away from the event.
